My first bridesmaid experience

 

My first bridesmaid experience. I was honored to be a bridesmaid for your friend from Japan. Also it was my first wedding to attend in Germany. I have never attended western style of wedding so I was excited and nervous. Normally in Korea or in Asia, wedding does not take more than three hours including some lunch or dinner sessions. This wedding was mixutre of western and asian style wedding so it did not take a day. Actually it was good for me because with my heels and tight dress I was not able to stand up for long. I cannot imagine how I will be when I get marriaged. I could probably pass out. At the same time, it was a long day for us.

07:00 Breakfast & Makeup - I had to wake up to go to my friend's place to get makeup and hair done. Luckily we had our dress prepared but only repair was neccessary because I am way tall. (My height is 178cm) Our lovely bride gave bridesmaid a lovely pearl tiara from NYC.

10:00 On the way - we did not finish our makeup. (can you imagine?) So we had to correct a little bit on the way. 

11:30 Arrival at the castle - it was the prettiest place I have ever seen in my life. I was so astonished because it was so luxurious and gorgeous place to get marriaged. I have heard during the tour that well known figures such as Bill Clinton and Queen Elizabeth stayed here.  

14:30 Wedding - I cannot help with shedding tears during wedding ceremony. 

15:30 After party - we had a bit of photography sessions and afternoon tea party. I love everything about this wedding. I wish one day I could be happy like my friend, the most beautiful woman in the world. :)

On the wall

It is finally autumn. I love breezy weather, but I am afraid of the following long long winter. It started to rain on the way to pick up some groceries after meeting friends for coffee in the city. It is always nice to have coffee or tea time with friends to talk about everything.

Denim is always selected as one of the 'Must-Have' items in every season. I guess it is worthy to have some good-quality denim clothes for the later season. I bought this denim jacket ten years ago and I still wear from time to time my teenage denim shorts that I bought from Hollywood. I love vintage denim!

UNIQLO

UNIQLO love. I love the brand, 'Uniqlo', which was established in Japan in 1984. Its clothes are very chic and simple with quality materials in different colors. Recently they did collaboration with international artists to bring different kinds of designed t-shirt. Also they brought exclusive edition by IvanaHelsinki (PaolaSuhonen) I definitely fell in love with.

It was too bad there is no Uniqlo in Germany, but I have heard news that Uniqlo is going to open a global flagship store in Berlin for Spring 2014. I am more than happy to hear their grand opening in Berlin. I am sure German fashion lovers will also fall in love with Uniqlo

In the city

My weekend was started with nice weather, but now it is raining from time to time. How is your weekend? Just a week ago, the weather was so wonderful so we decided to go out for a walk in the middle of the city that we were visiting and had my favorite ice cream on the way. These pictures were taken in the city where I stayed during last weekend. I love this simple HM top, which I could match with different kinds of bottom. It could make my look casual and very chic as well. I wish you an enjoyable weekend.

Shopping list: from South Korea

Seoul is the best place to shop around. You can buy so many kinds of design in reasonable price. Here are some shopping lists that I have bought. 

Brand name: Green Finger

Green Finger is natural skincare brand for baby. My dermatologist suggested this product for sensitive skin. I love their natural smell and very soft feeling. Design is also so adorable.  

Brand name: Innisfree, Primera

This pore mask is giving cool feeling on the skin and effective to remove some blackhead on T zone. I regularly apply this mask such that twice or third times in a week. Next to my magical pore mask, it is Primera moisture mask. I personally love the brand Primera, an organic skincare brand from AMORE PACIFIC. I changed my entire line to Primera since last year.

One thing I was obsessed with in Korea was socks. I have been collecting stylish socks wherever I go. These are just samples because I gave away some character socks as gifts. In my opinion, wearing a stylish socks is also important to make your style a bit more chic or cute. 

Osselluc is the tea brand you must buy when you go to Korea. I bought different kinds of green tea and those teas because I fell in love with its design.

Of course, I read many magazines that are published in Korea. I have got many ideas from them as well for my blog. Plus, I kind of had to buy those chic accessories from forever 21 because one of stores in Seoul had grand opening with a gorgeous boutique style architecture.

I miss shopping in Korea! :)

Romantic White

Recently I spent my summer vacation in South Korea as I talked about it in previous post. I decided to post some photos from my journey in Seoul. I have experienced some sides of Seoul, which I had never been until this summer. I want to share some photos of my summer vacation with you guy about food, cafe, designs, traditional places, and exotic places where are not so known, but so beautiful. I will post some looks in between my vacation posts.

For a starter, this was my look for my birthday. I know many fashion bloggers have worn this short from ZARA, but I did not have any chance to wear it until I went to Korea. Finally I have got a chance to wear this outfit before summer is gone! I think red lipstick gives a bit of color on my entire white look. I love this lipstick from MAC. I got this gift for myself after finishing my final exam.

So my birthday was blessed by many people's nice words and wishes, and time with family. I was invited to an exquisite lunch at Lotte hotel which is one of my favorite places to go on a special day. I and my mother enjoyed a lot. (Thanks to my lovely boyfriend) Funny thing was we were sitting on the table that we sat 5 years ago for family event. I am thankful for my mother to give birth and to raise me who I am now. She was the one who supported me to be a model during college years.
